Today is my day 1st of whole foods challenge plan. Whole food means the food that free from additives or other artificial substances.
As I looked back my daily meal, there must be at least one meal contain processed food. Why we need so much processed food in our life since this is not healthy at all! Since a lots of articles are start to convince people to try not to eat processed food, so what harm is there in trying?
As the age getting older, I'm afraid or losing my health, so I decide to cut off those unhealthy processed food, let's set a timing like 100 days? Or maybe more?
Guess what! I made it for the first day! It is not hard to eat only real food but I'll try my best to eat lesser oil, sugar and salt.
